I believe in serving the curl community in an inclusive and welcoming way
QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
I believe in quality over quantity. I will never “double book” services. "Double Booking" (taking another guest while your color is processing) is a thing of the past. All hourly rates are reflective of true one-on-one time.
TRANSPARENT PRICING
My hourly rate reflects my experience, products used during service and demand. Hourly pricing eliminates "up-charges" or "add ons" to your final service price. No surprises, no gimmicks or gotchas.
GRATUITY-FREE
Yes, that is correct I don’t accept tips. My hourly pricing covers it all, including the tip.

Cancellation Policy
I require a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
To cancel you can either do so online, or text me.
Any appointments that are canceled without a 48-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service(s). Any appointments that are ‘no-show’ will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service(s) and will be applied to the card on file. If you’re running late to an appointment, please let me know as soon as you can. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, I can’t guarantee that I will still be able to provide your service(s) and I may need to reschedule and 100% of service (s) will be charged to the card on file. Hope you understand this policy is to best serve my clients and ensure that mine, and my client’s schedules run smoothly, and everyone’s time is respected. Curl Bound Salon, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to guest(s) that are repeat offenders of the cancellation policy.

Avoid wearing any turtle necks, hoodies or large collared tops. During the winter I suggest wearing a t-shirt under any bulky tops, so you can take it off if needed. This is because bulky tops make it difficult to cut and color.

I suggest 5 minutes before your appointment. This way you can use the bathroom and get comfortable.

I will provide hand sanitizer in my suite to use prior to appointment. I’m unable to provide beverages at this time, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
